A long-time Okanagan resident, Jennifer Ness has been working nearly half her life at Flagship Marine.

In 2004, when she was just 17 years old, Jennifer started helping customers and selling wakeboards and accessories from Flagship Marine’s former Malibu Marine outlet at The Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort. She has since gone from sales to service and now serves as Flagship Marine’s Administrative Manager at our state-of-the-art 43,500 square-foot Water Street property in downtown Kelowna.

When not helping her Flagship Marine family, Jennifer loves to hit the gym and stay active. Along with her husband James, she has more recently been exploring the world through the eyes of their two young daughters, Kendra and Haley.

New to the Kelowna area; seasoned (is the polite way of putting it) in the marine business.  A long-time marine specialist from the greater Vancouver area, Walter has recently joined our team and made the move to beautiful Kelowna.  He made his way through the boat industry, all the way from yard work, parts and service to sales, where he found his groove.  One of Walter’s favourite parts of the sales process is meeting new people and being able to call them his friends.  Some of his best friends have come from this wonderful business we get to call work, even though most days it feels like pleasure.

Krystal Beck has been with Flagship Marine since 2017, just one year after moving to Kelowna from Red Deer.

Krystal was hired as a detailer but quickly proved that she could excel in nearly any department, moving within the company to receptionist, then tower operator, and finally Assistant Service Manager where her skill and dedication are integral to keeping the service department running smoothly.

When she’s not at work, Krystal loves to enjoy Kelowna’s great outdoors camping, 4x4ing and hiking in her own backyard with her husband Dave, their daughter Julia, and their dog Keemo.

James Martinson grew up here in Kelowna, B.C. and worked for 3 years in maintenance before joining the Flagship Marine family in the summer of 2020.

James started out cleaning and polishing boats as a detailer, but his talent for organization and space management soon earned him the position of Yard Supervisor.

When he’s not managing the flow of boats in and out of the yard and warehouse, James enjoys biking and camping on the weekends. He also has a passion for technology and coding.

A long-time Okanagan resident, Jordan Jones moved to Kelowna from Vernon in the summer of 2021.

In the spring of 2022, Jordan joined the Flagship Marine family as a detailer. Her cleaning expertise and attention to detail are what keep the luxury boats at Flagship Marine looking pristine and ready for entertaining on the water.

Over her time at Flagship, Jordan’s interest in the service department and desire to learn, has landed her with a new role – Parts & Customer Service Representative.

When she’s not caring for boats, Jordan is a cat mom and enjoys documentaries and podcasts. She is also a weightlifter and loves to hit the gym in her free time.

Originally from the northwest coast, Dave moved to Kelowna in 2016 with his wife and their daughter.

Dave was an experienced auto mechanic before he shifted gears to Marine Technician in 2018. He joined the team at Flagship Marine in April of 2022, where he has been keeping the boats that come through here in great shape with their motors purring.

When he’s not in the shop, Dave enjoys camping and the outdoors with his family. He likes to go out 4x4ing and is keen on anything that drinks gasoline!
